20.2.2019/21.02.2019 konnten sich sehr viele Spieler nicht bei MoE einloggen ca 2,5 bis 3 Stunden 
Ich selber spiele in Welt #209 - natürlich war mein 8 Stunden Schild genau in den 3 Stunden ausgelaufen :(
- auch bei einigen meiner Allymember - 
4 Minuten bevor ich wieder einloggen konnte, wurden über eine Milliarde Ressourcen und meine komplette Armee vernichtet :( 
Entschädigung 3 Geschenke für Alle von Gameloft (sorry, für mich ist das mehr als lachhaft) 
Keine Antwort auf Mail Nachfrage beim Support (außer der automatischen Antwort "Das Problem sollte jetzt nicht mehr bestehen" <-- das ist doch .....) 
Keine Ressourcen -> kein Wiederaufbau der Armee -> keine  Armee --> keine Events, kein Champion leveln, kein sammeln. --> KEIN FORTSCHRITT

Mein "Lieblingsfeind" dagegen kann mit MEINEN Ressourcen seine Armee weiter verstärken und ich bin doppelt gestraft, da ich nicht einmal eine Antwort auf meine Anfragen erhalte, geschweige denn Ersatz für die kompletten Verluste und den daraufhin fast unspielbaren Acc.

Wer selber spielt, weiß dass es sehr lange dauert ca 4.000.000.000 Ressourcen zu sammeln und tauschen (raiden geht ohne Armee auch nicht). Es handelt sich um Monate!!!!!!

Ein Rückschlag verschuldet von Gameloft und auf dem Rücken der Spieler ausgetragen. 

Schade, das Spiel hatte mir recht gut gefallen, da es recht ausgewogen und mit der Kleidung recht komplex ist.
Meiner Ansicht nach hätte es einen Reset auf den Moment der Loginpropleme bedurft. 
Ein (12stündiges) Schild, dass von Gameloft gesetzt wurde, kam 8 (in worten "ACHT STUNDEN") Stunden zu spät. Das ist Unvermögen und geht so gar nicht! 

Schade - so macht man ein Spiel wirklich kaputt - hätte ich die vielen Einträge hier vorher gelesen, hätte ich das Spiel vermutlich von Anfang an gemieden.

many many Players can't Login in this time 20.2. and 21.2 - Its not our Problem - it was not our Problem

When will we get back our loses ?????????????????

in pratica a me e' successo questo..il 21 febbraio 2019 c'e' stato un problema tecnico del gioco e il mio scudo essere andato giu' e non ho avuto nessuno scudo di protezione.Ho provato tante volte a connettermi con il pc e con lo smartphone ma non e' andato.Quando sono riuscito a connettermi era troppo tardi perche' il mio scudo e' andato giu' e un grande castello mi ha saccheggiato le risorse e distrutto esercito.aiutatemi per favore..posso mettere il mio numero di tiket qui'?

Vassalage (2 rally feature) stops working during 24 hour pro

  The problem appears during the 24 hour protection period (on Fridays) before any 2 day rvr (sat Sun). 

During the protection period we cannot rally our vassals capital even if it is contested and any attempt to rally leads to an error message.

We experienced this a month ago and lost a capital. I have tried to explain the nature of the problem and the exact time period when it occurs multiple times on helpdesk but I'm not able to get through to the people there so I am trying here

1. Vassalage (the ability to do 2 rallies and clear a vassals contested cap) works perfectly well right now and even before

2. The only problem is that during every 24 hour PROTECTION period  (when all capitals ,seats and the throne is protected) before every 2-day rvr.

The enemy contests our vassal alliance 's capital just before the protection period starts.

Once the protection period starts we aren't able to rally our vassals contested capital (which we are able to do normally) and get an error message instead.

3. What I am asking you ( hope you understand this time ) is that will the vassalage benefit (ability to do 2 rallies) work during the PROTECTION period before every 2 day rvr? 

It works perfectly otherwise...just this 24 hour period is when it stops working

I hope you understand what I'm trying to ask and respond
