@ClassicSmiley, @Vito, @Daniela - Contact customer care by visiting the following link and let them know the error code you are receiving:

@Spy - Contact customer care through the game menu and let the know you lost progress and the items that you are missing because of this problem.

Hi Dindimahapoli, I am sorry for this delay. We'll look into your ticket as soon as possible :)
@Daniela Serafini, you can try this workaround: press Windows Key+R and type - wsreset -. Wait for the Windows Store to appear and try to install the game again. Let me know if it works for you :)
@Espion, please contact Customer Care team via in game button and they will look into what happened.

Witam.
Mój błąd, niestety JEST wiekszy ,, poniewaz mam nowy tel zainstalowalam ponwnie gre ja Wszystko zaczelo oni Od Nowa ,,, niestety nie pamiętam mojego ID ciemnym piwem WIEM, ZE kupowalam diamenty 30.09 i 25.09 mialam 40lvl ..

Someone please help me I have spent ALOT of money on this game and ally progress is lost! I have connect to Facebook and reconnected nothing is working! I have even bought stuff recently on the wreck it Ralph update and I don’t want to miss out! I sent a ticket and still no reply! Ticket number is 17257682

I got a email this morning saying that they haven’t heard anything from me but I have replied to emails.. do you know when I will hear something? I really don’t want to miss out on anymore of Ralph!
