Description Everything is gone. Facebook sync and Microsoft sync did not restore the account. Also Android account was also reset which is synced with same facebook account. Can I have the money I spent back? I will quit the game?

Hello, could you please try and bump up my ticket in the customer care service? I can't play the game at all as it is now, since nothing is saved when I restart the game or end a game... I've lost all my progress since the update.
